Not sure, I use it up pretty fast, but I imagine being dried it lasts a while.

This looks so good! I could probably eat it straight from the bowl. You should try mixing different spices into portions of the pepper flakes for variety. I make my own too, and it’s a great way to have lots of seasoning options.
