Wow! Look at this Christmas Cactus… is this even real?

Just wanted to update my original post with a new picture! I know I’ve posted about this plant before, but I’m just so proud of how it’s doing!

It’s amazing! What did you feed it with to get it to bloom like that?

Thank you! Glad you like it!

This is the most stunning Christmas cactus I’ve seen. I usually only get a few blooms at a time.

I don’t do too much. I fertilize it twice a year and water it when I remember. That’s all!

Your post inspired me to buy my first Christmas cactus! I hope I don’t kill it by overwatering it like I have with others. Any advice for keeping it alive?

Just leave it alone as much as possible! Water when you remember, and fertilize twice a year. Mine has been doing great outdoors here in Florida. Best of luck with yours!

“That’s pretty, I wonder what it is…” zooms in “Wait, is that a Christmas cactus?!” (Shocked)

Actually, that’s a Thanksgiving cactus!

I really want to get one of these after seeing all the blooms. How often do they bloom? Thanks!

For me, it blooms once a year, usually around the holidays.

Looks great!

It’s so beautiful! Please post more pictures if you can!

I had to pick my jaw up off the floor. That’s amazing!

Amazing, for sure.

Wow, I’ve only had a few blooms at once before. How long have you had your cactus?

We’ve been passing down cuttings from the original cactus in our family for years. It has good bloom years and not so good years. The best results come from feeding it with fish emulsion twice a year and leaving it in a sunny spot. They’re really easy to overwater though, so be careful!

I’ve never seen one bloom this much before! It’s incredible!
