I started growing Parsley, Italian Giant, and this random plant began sprouting. I’m pretty sure it’s another vegetable that somehow mixed in with the seeds. Can anyone tell me what it is and how I can separate it without damaging the roots of either plant?
Looks like a cucurbit, maybe squash, pumpkin, cucumber, or zucchini

I agree with this! Definitely a cucurbit
Probably a squash or pumpkin.
The other seedlings in the pot look kind of leggy, maybe it’s meant to be that you grow this mystery seedling after all.
Oh no, did someone compost a pumpkin? They don’t decompose properly! It took me 4 years to get rid of all the pumpkin seeds in my composted pots. They’ll choke out your plants before you even see them sprout. I lost many plants that way. If you didn’t compost a pumpkin or squash, it could have been dropped by a bird. Either way, remove those plants whenever you see them, unless you’re aiming to have a pumpkin patch!
It’s a cucurbit!
I first noticed the issue when my beautiful giant jade plant started falling apart. There were no visible problems, and I couldn’t figure out why it was happening. It had been thriving for 6 years, with a strong and thick stalk. But eventually, it collapsed, and out came the dreaded pumpkin vine. I knew then that I was in trouble.
Definitely looks like a pumpkin.
I’m growing acorn squash, and it looks like a relative of this one.
Definitely a cucurbit, could be watermelon, cucumber, zucchini, or any type of squash (like pumpkin, butternut, etc.)
Could be cucumber, squash, or pumpkin, they all look pretty similar.
It’s the legendary Squashamelon! A rare plant feared by gardeners. It’s said to grow when the month starts with a letter… No one has seen one since the days of yesterday. Beware, for if you take your eye off it, it could take over your garden!
