Thinking of making some prickly pear jelly… anyone have tips?

I’m planning on using all her fruit for some jelly. She’s huge and healthy, so I thought, why not?

Thank you! I trimmed her last year, and she really filled out this summer. She’s at least 15!

Blend the fruit and strain it to get rid of seeds, then mix with tequila or vodka over ice. Simple and tasty!

Yes! I make nopales from the pads, and last year I juiced the fruit. Just the seeds can be a bit annoying.
