This looks amazing! But I gotta ask—how do you not have a cabbage moth infestation with all those brassicas? Your leaves are so perfect! If I don’t net mine during our 4-month growing season, they’re toast.

We’ve had some luck for sure. Honestly, most of the romaine didn’t survive. Something’s been nibbling on our artichoke leaves too—I’m guessing it’s rabbits or squirrels.

Thanks! Yes, you can eat them, but they’re not as tasty raw as the curly kale I’m growing. They’re great sautéed with garlic and olive oil, though. Honestly, I planted them because they look pretty!
