Peel off the lower leaves, check for small roots, and plant in potting soil. Water it regularly, and it should do well.
Use root tone, a mix of soil and peat moss, and keep it moist but not soaked. A sunny spot works best.
Soil.
How long have the roots been growing? I’d plant it in soil but keep an eye on it to make sure it’s doing okay.
Use compost.

Looks awesome! They seem to love it.
@Birch
How big is the pot? Do you keep them outside in summer?

Compost is for top dressing, not planting. Use sand with compost on top.
