Morning Glory in Full Bloom… Anyone Else Grow These?

Snapped a pic of my morning glory in bloom today and thought I’d share. Such a satisfying plant to grow—bright colors, fast climbing, and they always seem so cheerful in the morning. What do you all think? Are these as fun for you as they are for me?

Morning glories are always the first flowers I see bees on when the sun comes up, right alongside my hostas. It’s like they know where the best breakfast is.

What a beautiful color! Definitely brightens up the day.

Is this the Heavenly Blue variety? It’s absolutely stunning.

Yes, it is! Heavenly Blue always turns out so vibrant.

Where I live, morning glories are super invasive. They grow everywhere and take over, especially near neglected areas. It’s funny to see them being adored in other places!

This is gorgeous! Is it the Grandpa Ott variety?

I tossed some random seeds at the base of an old barn this spring and surprise—they were morning glories! They’ve climbed all over the barn and even a deer skull hanging on the wall. It actually looks pretty cool. Here’s a picture: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

These are absolutely beautiful!

So stunning!

Morning glories are one of my favorites, too! I always have to plant them early here to make sure they get enough time to bloom.

There’s something magical about seeing morning glories climbing through a late-season tomato field. October mornings feel so crisp and alive when they’re around.

My soil is mostly clay and rock, and these thrive in it. Not much else does, but at least I have these beauties!

Such a gorgeous flower.

These are awesome. I really like them.
