Yes I’ll even lightly smoke some of my red peppers then finish in the dehydrator for some amazing smoked paprika

I’m still mad at my husband for accidentally dropping and breaking my smoked paprika It was store bought but since I have 4 plants producing I need to smoke some and make my own
@Sky
You’ll never go back to store bought
Oh I am excited I know production will be slower during the winter but yes I have 9 different peppers I will keep growing (zone 6b) along with tomatoes eggplant and any herbs that want to play nice again this year Since I just harvested ginger and the turmeric wasn’t ready yet they are nicely tucked away too It gets easier every winter but I keep adding to the indoor garden lol

I have a history of using fresh peppers when cooking and NOT using gloves forgetting and rubbing my nose later after thinking I washed my hands enough So the question is will snorting milk through the nose calm it like it does in the mouth

Wow that color looks so healthy How big did the peppers grow
One of them is that top. In contrast, two greens are garden salsa and fat red is sriracha. The majority have grown 4–7 inches. I believe there were around six peppers in this batch.
Beautiful And so worth the effort as are homegrown garlic and onion powder

Keep the plants alive These are my first peppers that I’ve grown I’ve chopped up some after dehydrating I have a big mill but just recently got the little burr so I don’t have to pull out the other These were frozen only one was fresh I let them thaw in the oven at 170 for a while rotating and eventually slicing a little open to drain Then cut and put on the dehydrator trays I did remove seeds but put them on a tray for doing liquids 10 hours and then another hour in the oven at 170 for the seeds I like them on pizza so I’m just going to mix them all together when I do peppers
