Those look like assassin bug eggs. They eat pests like aphids, so they’re actually good for your garden. Here’s a link to see more examples: examples.

Definitely some kind of insect egg sac. You might want to ask on a bug identification forum and include the plant type and your location.

Based on their post history, I think they’re from Brisbane, Australia.

Assassin bugs are great for pest control! Just don’t touch them, they’ll bite if you annoy them.
