I just moved to a new house and started working on the garden. I spotted these tiny things growing with my adenium. Any ideas?
That’s Birds Nest fungus. They’re harmless but super interesting.

Those tiny cups are designed to catch raindrops, and when the water splashes out, it spreads their contents. Nature is so clever!
These pop up when there’s been a lot of rain and the soil stays wet. They’re totally harmless and look super cool.
These fungi are adorable! They really add some fun to the garden.

Birds Nest fungus! One of the coolest types out there in my opinion.
I’ve never seen anything like this before. I’ve had mushrooms grow in my pots, but these are so tiny and perfect! 
I haven’t seen these in ages. They’re so fascinating!
Did you poke one with a stick? That’s always my first move when I see stuff like this.
