Is that a thing?

Assuming California? Never could get anything like this.

Maybe add some stones/rocks to the bed it’s in for better visual contrast.

Spot on! Zone 9-10b. Great idea. My neighbor is a succulent pro; it’s a hobby for her but she has a talent for growing succulents. I will suggest your tips to her!

Beautiful! How old are the plants?

Indeed. They are a couple decades old at least. My text was not included with the picture, unfortunately. Great question.

Amazing!! Never seen in bloom before. Only have them as houseplants here. Enjoy.

So the Dodgers win World Series 2025. :joy:

My neighbor is the artist here, and I’m not sure. I do believe she does prune them. I will ask.

You don’t have to. But you can. Jade responds well to aggressive pruning. Fewer leaves/less growth means thicker stems to store water and nutrients. It’s a survival mechanism.

Wow nice I like it.

I’m glad, thanks.

Please, that would be so much fun. I have this huge Jade in the corner of my yard, and I feel like it needs some love.
