Peppers take forever to sprout! Every year, I think the seeds must be bad, but then they finally pop through a week later.

Yeah, mine are about two weeks behind my tomatoes and cucumbers. They finally sprouted over the last 2-3 days.

At this point would you keep the plastic covering on the seed tray (to keep moisture in) for the seeds that haven’t yet sprouted or not?
