Beautiful hollyhocks. I’m going to try to grow some this year! Did you get any flowers the first year from seed or only in year 2?

The hollyhocks were bare roots. The first picture the flowers are from seed and also the sunflowers are also from seed.
Mix with mud, make balls, let dry and flowerbomb some places where you walk around and don’t see flowers. I do this every year, and I love that random vegetables and flowers are growing around in the neighborhood.

Oh my! Thank you for this wonderful idea
So beautiful, I would miss it too.
Could you tell me what’s the blue flower’s name in the first picture? Please?

Oh. Lol…I can relate to that. I’m currently at a place where water freezes at night if left outside.

Glad to hear . I thought you had to abandon your garden.
This is the best time of the year - planning next year’s garden!
Beautiful colors!
A fresh breath of air that I needed today! Thank YOU!
These flowers have a beautiful interplay of color!
