I feel i should share these beauty

This might be the last big harvest of cherry tomatoes this year but they came out amazing.

Seeing such a bountiful harvest must be incredibly satisfying. I love incorporating those fresh ingredients into my pasta dishes! :spaghetti:

I recently fermented a batch of my cherry tomatoes in a salty brine for about 5 or 6 days, and I’ve been enjoying them for the past week—they’ve been amazing! I’m planning to try it again, but this time with a mix of all tomatoes, not just the red ripe ones, to explore different textures and flavors.
