I think it’s Gentiana acaulis! Super easy to grow, doesn’t need much care.

Looks like a type of Gentian… there are over 200 species! Some are even used in herbal medicine and bitters.
Too bad it’s not native to Greece… otherwise, I’d plant it in my garden.
