Thank you! I’m really enjoying it and learning a lot as I go.

Congrats on your first harvest! You’ve leveled up in gardening!

Thanks! I started small this summer and had some success. Then I tried growing from seed for the fall, and now I’m hooked!

@Luca
Growing from seed is definitely addicting!

My broccoli took forever too. At first, it was just a giant plant with no purpose. I almost gave up!

That’s exactly where I’m at right now. It’s so frustrating!

That’s how my cauliflower is going. Only one plant has formed a head so far. The others have huge leaves but no cauliflower yet. I’m not sure if I should keep waiting or start over.

If it makes you feel better, my gardening fails are way too numerous to count. :slight_smile:

I love that meme! I might have to steal it.

@Luca
Once you start using it, you won’t be able to stop! :joy:

I’m on the north coast of California and mine are just starting to crown too. I think I underestimated how little sun my winter garden would get.

I’m in coastal Southern California, and my broccoli just started crowning this morning. They’re still pretty tiny though.

Not just growing broccoli, you’re growing a healthier future one leafy green at a time! :broccoli::green_heart:

Haha, I only started gardening this spring, but I’ve become such a proud plant parent already!

So jealous! I’ve got snow on the ground here and can only dream of gardening. :cold_face:

We’ve got four inches of snow here too. It’s tough being a gardener in winter!

I get it. To scratch the gardening itch, I keep tomato plants in my garage with heaters and grow lights. Hopefully, the neighbors don’t think I’m running something suspicious. :wink:

Nice work! Cauliflower is especially tricky since it needs so much water.
