Thanks! I started small this summer and had some success. Then I tried growing from seed for the fall, and now I’m hooked!

That’s how my cauliflower is going. Only one plant has formed a head so far. The others have huge leaves but no cauliflower yet. I’m not sure if I should keep waiting or start over.

I’m on the north coast of California and mine are just starting to crown too. I think I underestimated how little sun my winter garden would get.

I’m in coastal Southern California, and my broccoli just started crowning this morning. They’re still pretty tiny though.

I get it. To scratch the gardening itch, I keep tomato plants in my garage with heaters and grow lights. Hopefully, the neighbors don’t think I’m running something suspicious. 
Nice work! Cauliflower is especially tricky since it needs so much water.
