We used Melinis repens, which is native to South Africa. It’s not as dramatic as pink muhly, but it has its charm.
The last photo makes me want to roll around in the grass like a happy cat.

It’s part of a spa on a farm. We designed the landscaping to complement the new spa expansion.

This project was on a farm, so there was plenty of space. It’s definitely worth the wait if you get the chance to do something similar.
All we have is boring St. Augustine grass. I keep telling my mom we need something more fun in the yard!

I’ve started rewilding my lawn, but it’s still winter, so nothing’s really happening yet.
I have a barren hill in my yard that we’ve started planting. It’s slowly filling in with tall grasses, and I can’t wait for it to cover the whole hill.
